CMO Worldwide signs a Strategic Alliance MOU with Poovayya & Co, India

CMO Worldwide Inc.,(CEO: Jun Kamo), Global Management Consulting firm based out of Japan and Poovayya & Co., Corporate Law Firm (Managing Partner: Sajan Poovayya) based out of India have formed a Strategic Alliance to provide joint services to assist Japanese Enterprises for Indian Market Entry and Business Expansion. Joint services by the Alliance would be of wide range from Market Research & Feasibility studies, Local Entity Set-up to Joint Venture, Partner-matching and M&A support, as a one-stop service provider. In the first year, the Alliance aim to service 50 companies from Japan.
